Appraisal Review

We also offer appraisal review services, in which an opinion about the quality of another appraiser's work is developed and communicated in a written report.  The scope of a review can vary depending on the intended use, while the subject of an appraisal review may be all or part of a report, workfile, or a combination thereof.
