Mr. Henry has completed a multitude of appraisal and consulting assignments in 19 States, as well as Canada, the Bahamas, and Scotland. He has extensive experience with a variety of income producing and special use properties.

His experience includes assisting clients with commercial property disposition and acquisition, market analysis, marketability analysis, estate planning, feasibility analysis, operations consulting, highest and best use analysis, exchanges, damage estimates, appraisal review, diminution of value, and obtaining financing. He has provided litigation support and expert witness testimony for bankruptcy and foreclosure, eminent domain, tax assessment appeals, and partnership disputes.

Before becoming involved in commercial real estate appraisals, Mr. Henry was actively involved in the development and operation of numerous golf course properties in the Mid Atlantic Region. He also has experience with the construction of golf courses and residential properties.

In addition to holding MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser Certification and a real estate sales license, Henry has completed the Appraisal Institute's Valuation of the Components of a Business Enterprise Professional Development Program, as well as the Litigation Professional Development Program.  He is also a graduate of Delaware Valley College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy and Environmental Science and a 26-year member of The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America with a Golf Course Development Specialization.  As an instructor and author on various golf course operational and financial topics, he is a faculty member of the Golf Course Superintendent’s Association of America (GCSAA) and has been published by the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA), among others.

Ms. Lehman has amassed considerable experience in over 30 States and Canada with the valuation, analysis, and disposition/acquisition of a wide variety of income and special use properties.   Having completed over 200 recreational property appraisal and consulting assignments, including golf clubs, ski resorts, marinas and beach clubs, Ms. Lehman has the depth of knowledge to analyze even the most complex property types.  She has provided analysis and valuation services for fee simple interests, leasehold interests, leased fee interests, and partial interests, and specializes in the valuation and analysis of the going concern- which includes real estate, business value, and tangible personal property value.

Her experience includes assisting clients with commercial property acquisitions (including the acquisitions of large portfolios in multiple states), dispositions, disposition consulting, market analysis, marketability analysis, estate planning, feasibility analysis, operations consulting, highest and best use analysis, absorption projections, 1031 exchanges, and obtaining financing. She has provided litigation support and expert witness testimony for bankruptcy and foreclosure, eminent domain, tax assessment appeals, partnership disputes, and divorce proceedings.

Past clients include numerous banks and mortgage companies, private investment groups, government entities, local taxing authorities, municipal recreation departments, REIT’s, attorneys, and property owners, among others.

In addition to assisting clients with commercial real estate needs, Ms. Lehman currently serves on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for the Cumberland County Tax Assessment Office. Ms. Lehman was appointed as a member of the Cumberland County Board of Assessment and Appeals on January 4, 2012, and was subsequently elected vice chair of the board of appeals.
